Rental Policy

Enquiry and Contract

  • Please enquire by phone or email.
  • A quotation will be given by phone or email, followed by meeting on location to confirm details. We can visit your country for meeting on demand (fees required).
  • After the rental contract is signed, we ask for a 50% deposit to be paid at least 30 days prior to the delivery day.
    For first time customers, we may require a copy of your personal identification.

Final payment and cancellation

  • Up to 30 days prior to the delivery day, you can change the contents after the rental contract signed. However items may be subject to availability.
    A cancellation fee is required within 30 days of the delivery date. You can not offset the cancelation fee with a new rental contract.
  • The remaining balance (50%) is due the day before delivery.

Delivery and return

  • We supervise the delivery of our products.
    With the exception of tents and other products that include a setup service, we kindly ask our customers to organize the setup, pack up and decoration.
    Although we will not assist in decoration, we can set up and pack up all of our products for an additional fee.
    However, we cannot take responsibility for other company’s products to any extent.
  • We are only responsible for our own products. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any others.

Cancellation fee

In the event of cancellation, a cancelation fee will be applied regardless of cancellation due to weather or the customers circumstance.
The cancelation fee is a percentage of the total price of the signed contract, which includes transportation, accommodation and other fees.

Rental fee / Staff / Transportation
  • Up to 30 days prior to delivery : 0%
  • 29 to 10 days prior to delivery : 30%
  • 9 to 3 days prior to delivery : 70%
  • 2 to 1 day prior to delivery : 90%
  • On the day of delivery : 100%

For farther away locations, in the case our products are shipped from our storage before the delivery day, the shipped day is regarded as "delivery day".

Custom products

Full rental price is required after the order is confirmed.

Items that are not in our stock list are regarded as "custom products".

Third party products

Dependent on the supplier’s cancellation policy.

Example: Table cloths and other linens.


  • In case of damage (accidental or intentional), theft, or loss of the products during the rental term (from delivery to return), we ask our customers to pay a penalty for the damages. Please be sure to handle all the products with care.
  • Orders must be at least 100,000 yen (tax excluded) per event. With the exception of certain products, products are generally not for retail.
  • Our team respects all locations and operates with extra caution. However some of the large products like tents and dance floors may inevitably damage the ground.
    This damage may be exacerbated by the weather, and we cannot take responsibility for this type of damage.
    Please make sure to read and fully understand the rental policy and rental contracts before ordering.

  • ご発注、ご契約後、ご利用日の30日前までにデポジットとして50%をお支払いいただきます。


  • ご契約後も納品日の30日前までは内容の変更は可能ですが、ご希望する商品の在庫がない場合もございますので予めご了承願います。
  • 納品日前日(前日が土日祝日の場合は銀行の前営業日)までに残額50%をお支払いいただきます。


  • 納品は原則として弊社手配及び監督のもと行います。
  • 弊社では自社にて納品した商品のみ管理いたします。そのほかの会場装飾及び片付けは一切含まれないことをご確認ください。



  • 納品日30日前まで : 0%
  • 納品日29日~10日前まで : 30%
  • 納品日9日~3日前まで : 70%
  • 納品日前々日~前日まで : 90%
  • 納品日当日 : 100%









  • 納品から返却までのレンタル期間中において、お客様の故意または過失による事故・盗難・破損・紛失等により弊社に損害が発生した場合はお客様のご負担にて当該損害の賠償をしていただきます。これによりお客様ご自身に損害が発生した場合において弊社では一切の責任を負いかねますので、ご利用の際はご注意いただきますよう、お願いいたします。
  • 1回のレンタルにつき、100,000円(税別)以上より受注いたします。一部の商品を除き、販売対応はしておりません。
  • 弊社では細心の注意を払い、養生を行いますがテントやダンスフロア等、大型の商品を設置する際にやむを得ず芝生など地面にダメージが生じる場合がございます。
